You're probably familiar with pressing flowers in the pages of a book to preserve them, but what if you did that ... with a fish? And instead of preserving the fish, the fish preserves your place in the book? I present to you: the Sardine Bookmark.
A 1:1 scale sardine, smushed between the pages of a book. The sardine naturally has a flat back, perfect for sliding into the fold of the pages and the cold stainless steel makes it nice to fidget with while reading.
Laser cut out of 304 stainless steel this bookmark is likely stronger than it needs to be, but we couldn’t leave it feeling shrimpy. After it’s cut, we tumble and polish them ourselves in Damein’s garage before serving them to you.
