Shipping

Thanks for your support and buying one of our products! We work hard to fulfill every order as quickly as we can. Give us 2-3 to days after you place your order for us to get it boxed up and headed your way.

After that it's in USPS's hands and your best checking with them directly for the most up-to-date status on how much longer you'll have to wait. Generally if you chose standard shipping it'll be coming via first class mail and should arrive within 3-5 days depending on your location. If you chose expedited it will be coming via USPS Priority mail 2-day.

Returns

For domestic orders if any of our products that are defective, broken, or just not up to snuff just shoot us an email within 30 days of delivery to Contact@byrevision.com and you'll get a return label. Once we've received it, we can issue a refund or an exchange. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed and show back up in your account.

For international orders, just send us an email within 30 days of delivery and be prepared to wait a few weeks while your order makes it's way back to us. After that we can issue a refund or exchange.
